REMITIR el expediente contentivo de la accion de tutela interpuesta por Juan Guillermo Vergara Marquez contra la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro, el Superintendente Nacional de Notariado y Registro, la Comision Nacional del Servicio Civil y contra el Consejo Superior de la Carrera Notarial, al Tribunal Administrativo de Bolivar, para que adelante la correspondiente actuacion judicial.
